It feels very unusual when you think about leaving a place with which you have been attached to since your childhood.And that feeling reaches it to its extent when you actually leave that place.We(now the X-students of the SET School)had this peculiar feeling on the last day of the school,the Physics Practical Examination day.A normal student spends on an average at least 10-12 years of his/her life at a school,so in this duration a relation between the student and the school develops which strengthens as the time moves on.Then there comes a day when this relation suddenly comes to a halt and that is the last day of the school.
We decided that in order to continue that connection with the school we must do something and thats when the idea of creating a blog for the school popped up in our minds.That blog will provide every student of The SET School including the former students a virtual doorway to the school which will always remain open.We chose a blog and not a website for a number of relevant reasons,firstly a blog is an emerging means of expressing thoughts and veiws on individual and collective basis over the Bubble(The Internet) and it is easy to(develop,update and manage).All in all it is more flexible than a website especially when you just want to make an effective presence over the Cyber-space.
The SET School blog contains a diverse collection of pages for teachers and students to put forward their thoughts and opinions.Another page contains the latast updates and news from the school.A school photos and videos blog is also a part of this blog.This blog is under the administration of the present and former students of the SET School.
We look forward to make this blog much better and an effective representative of the students of The SET School.We request to our readers(the general public)to not only give positive feedback,but suggest ways to improve our blog.
